About this equipment
The Williams TW18 Thermowell keeps chilled ingredients close to hand for salad preparation, sandwich assembly and plated service. With space for up to nine 1/3 GN pans, it provides a practical way to organise toppings, prepared salads and cooked meats along a countertop, making it a useful addition to cafés, sandwich shops and restaurant preparation areas. A digital thermometer and adjustable thermostat help staff monitor and manage chilled storage within the specified 4°C to 8°C range. The hinged lid is designed to stay open while ingredients are being accessed and can be closed when the unit is not in use. Food-safe stainless steel inside and out provides practical, wipe-clean surfaces, while non-slip rubber feet help keep the unit steady on the counter. Its shallow front-to-back footprint is useful where preparation space needs to be carefully arranged. This example is in good working order, with cosmetic marks and scratches to the stainless steel consistent with use. Gastronorm pans are not included, so suitable pans will need to be supplied before it is put into service.
