About this equipment
The Vogue S353 aluminium stockpot is a practical choice for preparing stocks, soups and other batch-cooked dishes in restaurant kitchens and catering operations. Its large format provides room for ingredients to be stirred and combined, making it useful for preparation ahead of a busy service. The aluminium construction conducts heat well and helps distribute it evenly during cooking. Two sturdy handles provide convenient lifting points when moving the pot between preparation, cooking and washing areas. This example is new and boxed. It is compatible with the Vogue S361 370mm aluminium lid, which is sold separately and is not included. The stockpot must be washed by hand, as it is not dishwasher safe.
