About this equipment
The Vogue JB375 patisserie trolley provides organised storage and convenient transport for up to 16 trays measuring 600 x 400mm. Its full-height, front-loading layout makes it a practical addition to bakeries, cafés and pastry kitchens, helping teams keep batches of cakes, pastries and other baked goods together without taking up valuable preparation surfaces. Constructed from 201 stainless steel, the trolley has 80mm spacing between shelves and an easy-clean finish suited to everyday catering use. Four castors allow it to be moved between work areas, while brakes on the two front castors help keep it securely positioned during loading and unloading. This example has never been used and has already been assembled. It offers a straightforward way to add dedicated tray storage and improve the movement of baked goods around a busy kitchen.
