About this equipment
These aluminium baguette trays provide five shaped channels to support and separate baguettes during baking. They are a practical choice for bakeries, cafés and commercial kitchens preparing baguettes for sandwich counters or bread service, whether replacing worn trays or adding to an existing baking rotation. Each tray measures 60 × 40 cm and is sold individually, allowing you to select the number needed for your operation. These are used trays with visible signs of previous use, including surface discolouration and darkened areas along the channels and edges. Despite this cosmetic wear, they remain perfectly usable.
