The UNOX BAKERLUX SPEED.Pro combines convection baking and high-speed cooking in one countertop oven, giving cafés, bakeries and quick-service kitchens a practical way to handle both batch preparation and food cooked to order. This ex-display example has hardly been used, with use limited to display and demonstration testing. Its two operating modes serve different parts of the working day. BAKE mode accommodates three 460 x 330 mm trays for bakery and pastry production, while SPEED mode provides a single 450 x 330 mm tray capacity for rapid cooking and regeneration. The combination of convection, microwave heating and contact conduction is particularly useful for bread-based snacks, bringing together internal heating, surface browning and contact toasting without needing separate appliances for each process. The touch control panel provides 24 quick programmes, split between 12 SPEED and 12 BAKE programmes, with up to nine cooking steps. This gives kitchen teams a convenient way to organise repeat recipes and move between tasks during service. USB recipe import and export and Wi-Fi connectivity provide further options for managing cooking programmes. The stainless steel body measures 600 mm wide by 797 mm deep, making this a useful option where one countertop appliance needs to fulfil several roles. Integrated catalytic converters help reduce cooking odours, while the removable, washable crumb collection filter supports routine upkeep. A plug is included.
