About this equipment
Steelite Performance Aurora stacking trays bring distinctive presentation to tapas, side dishes and small desserts. Their round coupe shape provides a simple backdrop for food, making them a useful choice for restaurants, cafés and catered dining where the tableware forms part of the presentation. Made from alumina vitrified ceramic, the Aurora range combines reactive glazes to create contrasting colour effects. The two variants are Revolution Aurora Granite at 13.5cm and Vesuvius Aurora Rose Quartz at 14cm. Their stacking design helps keep crockery storage organised between services, while compatibility with Steelite’s Revolution and Vesuvius ranges gives operators scope to coordinate them with an existing tableware collection. These trays are new and packed in boxes of 12. They offer a practical way to build a coordinated small-plate service or introduce a contrasting finish alongside other dishes, without changing the whole table setting.
