The Lincat Silverlink 600 HT9/N provides six gas burners for managing several pans at once, making it a practical choice for restaurants, cafés and catering kitchens. With six 4.5kW burners and a total output of 27kW, it offers space for boiling, simmering and pan cooking across a busy service, whether used as the main hob or to add cooking capacity to an existing kitchen. Straightforward controls allow chefs to adjust the heat to suit each task, while the low-level flue leaves room for larger stock pots. The vitreous enamelled cast iron pan supports provide a robust surface for commercial cookware. Flame failure protection cuts the gas supply if a flame goes out, providing an important built-in safety feature. The stainless steel construction and fully pressed, sealed hob top help make routine cleaning straightforward. Supplied with the Lincat SLS9 stainless steel stand, this combination provides a dedicated cooking station rather than taking up existing worktop space. The stand has fully welded joints and adjustable legs to help achieve a stable position on uneven floors. Manufactured in 2024, this used hob is in good, clean condition and comes complete with the SLS9 stand. It is configured for natural gas with a G 1/2-inch male gas connection.
