The 220 x 90cm table provides space for plating and organising orders, with the overhead arrangement keeping the heated holding area close to the working surface. The gantry’s lower tier has six bulbs and variable heat control, allowing the kitchen team to adjust the heat while dishes await service. The table stands 90cm high, with an overall height of 203cm including the gantry. Space beneath accommodates a 190 x 75cm fridge or similar equipment, offering scope to make use of the area below the worktop. The 210cm gantry is bolted on and can be removed for transport. This example is in good used condition, with four small holes in the tabletop interrupting the otherwise continuous work surface. It offers a substantial stainless steel workstation with overhead heated holding for kitchens organising their plating and dispatch area.
