About this equipment
This Vogue cookware set brings together 240mm and 280mm stew pans with a 280mm long-handled saucepan, offering a useful mix for everyday commercial kitchen preparation. Presented in good used condition with light use only, the pans are a practical choice for restaurants, cafés and catering kitchens preparing stocks, soups, stews and sauces. The heavy-duty 18/10 stainless steel construction is paired with aluminium sandwich bases to help distribute heat evenly. Suitable for gas, electric and induction hobs, the pans can work across different cooking stations, while their pouring rims help make transferring liquids more controlled. Welded handles provide a firm grip when positioning the pans, with the saucepan’s long handle particularly useful for stirring and pouring during preparation. The 240mm stew pan has a 7-litre capacity, while the saucepan holds 8 litres. The wider 280mm stew pan provides another useful option for batch preparation. All are dishwasher-safe, making routine cleaning straightforward. Compatible lids are sold separately: M950 for the 240mm stew pan and M951 for the 280mm pans.
