About this equipment
The Fiamma MCF-9A is a commercial espresso coffee grinder with an automatic doser, suited to small cafés, kiosks and restaurant coffee stations. Its compact countertop format makes it a practical option for low-to-medium volume coffee service, keeping grinding, dosing and tamping together alongside an espresso machine. The automatic grinding mechanism replenishes the doser as ground coffee is removed, helping maintain a straightforward preparation routine during service. A 1.2kg bean hopper feeds the grinder, while the separate ground coffee doser holds up to 500g. The integrated telescopic tamper keeps tamping close to the dispensing point, reducing the need to move between separate preparation areas. Flat grinding burrs and an automatic stop function complete the specification. At 23cm wide, the grinder offers a relatively narrow footprint, although its full height and depth should be allowed for when planning a coffee station. This example is in good, clean used condition and good working order, with minor cosmetic marks from use. Its black finish makes it an unobtrusive addition to a commercial coffee counter.
