About this equipment
The Falcon Dominator Plus G3101 combines six open-top gas burners with a 2/1 Gastronorm-compatible oven, giving a commercial kitchen a practical combination of hob cooking and oven space in one unit. It is a useful choice for restaurants, pubs and catering operations preparing several dishes alongside roasting and baking during service. The six 5.3kW burners provide space for multiple pans, allowing the kitchen team to work on sauces, vegetables and other hob-based dishes together. Cast iron pan supports provide a robust cooking surface, while the removable pressed stainless steel hob helps make routine cleaning more straightforward. At 900mm wide, the range brings these cooking functions together without requiring separate hob and oven units. The oven has a temperature range of 120–270°C, with five shelf positions to accommodate different cooking arrangements. Two shelves are supplied. Piezo ignition provides straightforward oven lighting, and the vitreous enamelled chamber offers a practical surface for cleaning after use. This example has seen little use at a Scouts premises and is in very good used condition. There is a slight dent to the rear left corner, which does not affect its operation. It is configured for natural gas, and no gas hose is supplied.
