About this equipment
The KoldBox KXF1200 provides substantial frozen storage for restaurants, catering kitchens and event caterers. Its double-door upright layout offers a practical way to organise ingredients and prepared stock, with a nominal capacity of 1200 litres and a net storage capacity of 791 litres. This example was manufactured in 2022 and used sporadically by an event caterer. A digital controller, ventilated cooling and automatic defrost support straightforward day-to-day freezer management, with a temperature range of -18°C to -22°C. Six shelves are supplied, while door-responsive LED lighting helps staff see and locate stock. The self-closing doors also have a dwell position, useful when loading or reorganising the cabinet, and integrated locks provide secure storage. The 201 stainless steel interior and exterior provide a practical commercial finish, with rounded internal corners to make cleaning easier. Replaceable door gaskets allow for routine maintenance, and four heavy-duty castors make it easier to move the cabinet for positioning and access around it. Presented in good used condition, this freezer has some marks from use and transit. It is a useful option for a kitchen looking to consolidate frozen stock in one upright cabinet while retaining separate door access across the storage space.
