The Buffalo CU768 is a commercial electric convection oven with space for five full-size 1/1 GN trays, offering useful batch-cooking capacity for restaurants, cafés and catering kitchens. Suitable for baking and roasting, it combines straightforward manual controls with a push-button humidity function, giving kitchen teams additional flexibility without a complicated control panel. A two-speed, bidirectional fan helps distribute heat throughout the cooking chamber, while the 50–250°C temperature range accommodates a broad range of everyday cooking tasks. The manual timer offers settings up to 120 minutes, alongside a continuous-running mode for work that does not suit a timed cycle. These controls make it practical for both planned preparation and cooking throughout service. The humidity button provides an injection of steam when needed, helping manage moisture during cooking. A water connection is required to use this function, but the oven can also operate without a water supply for convection cooking alone. The stainless steel construction provides a practical exterior for a commercial kitchen, and the side-opening glass door allows staff to monitor food without repeatedly opening the oven and releasing heat. Manufactured in June 2025, this example has never been used for cooking and has only been operated for testing, when it was confirmed working. It offers an unused oven with useful full-size tray capacity for a kitchen replacing existing equipment or adding baking and roasting capacity. Never used apart from working tests; confirmed working.
